North Penn School District Appoints Assistant Director of Special Education and Student Services
The North Penn School District (NPSD) Board of School Directors appointed Neil Broxterman, Ed.D., as the new Assistant Director of Special Education and Student Services at the Action meeting, held June 22, 2023. Broxterman will begin in July 2023.
Broxterman has been employed in the North Penn School District since 2008, serving as Assistant Principal of North Penn High School from 2008 to 2015, Principal of A.M. Kulp Elementary School from 2015 to 2018, and most recently as a Supervisor of Special Education at North Penn High School and Northbridge.
Broxterman earned his Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Lock Haven University and his Master’s in Education from Wilkes University. He received a principal certification from Gwynedd-Mercy College and his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University.
