NEW REGISTRATION PROGRAM
This past year, Arbiter Sports purchased Big Teams, the parent company of Student Central. Therefore, we are transitioning from using Student Central to Arbiter Registration for student athletes for the upcoming school year.Please be sure to follow these steps to complete your registration and ensure that your student is registered for athletic participation:
Create an account using this link https://students.arbitersports.com/penndale-middle-school-2 (you only need one account for your whole family)
Activate your Arbiter Registration account from the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder.)
Once you have successfully created your account and are logged in, please complete your registration using the link below. https://students.arbitersports.com/penndale-middle-school-2/penndale-middle-school-fall-athletic-registration-cippe-2026-27.
After completing your registration, you will receive an email notification to let you know we have received your registration. Students MUST be registered and cleared to be eligible for participation.
PHYSICALS MUST BE DATED MAY 1, 2026, OR AFTER, to be valid for the 2026-2027 school year. They are then valid until May 31st, 2027, or the conclusion of the spring sports season. Your student's doctor must fill out the PIAA/CIPPE Section 6 form.
Physicals and Online Registration are all due before the start of the sport season. These dates are to ensure paperwork is filled out properly and everything is turned in before the preseason starts. If ANYTHING is missing, the athlete WILL NOT be allowed to participate on the first day!
Lastly, the registration that is currently open is for Fall Sports only. If your student competes in multiple sports (or only in the winter or spring), registrations for those sports will take place at a later date.

PIAA FORMS
We cannot accept other physical forms even if they look identical. It must be the PIAA form with Section 5 filled out by a parent/guardian and section 6 completed, signed and dated by a physician. See below for a

LATE BUS
North Penn Offers a Late Bus for students to take home on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:00. Students board the bus and give the driver their address and they are taken home. Please note that this is only offered to students who regularly ride a bus. Students who walk home from school may not take the Late Bus.
SPORTS SHUTTLE
9th grade students are able to tryout/play sports at North Penn High School. For those students who make the team, there is a daily Sports Shuttle that takes them to the high school at the end of the day for practices and games. The Sports Shuttle is available at dismissal in the Bus lane outside the main entrance of the school.
